This is what I do when I'm sad, or have a flare up. I try to be as gentle with myself as possible, throw in some skincare, good food, a dash of productivity, and a little bit of funny videos...and before I know it I feel better. I struggle with depression, anxiety, and ocd daily, and noooo it isn't fun, but I try my hardest to not let it control my days. Somedays are harder than others, and somedays I can't bring myself to wash my face, but I'm trying to be kinder to myself, and you should be too...it helps, I promise.
